The company was founded in 1982 by the late Takis Pavlou, a very respected and remarkable man. In 1984, the works were completed, and the Bella Napa Hotel opened for the first time. Its successful course lasted until 2019, when it was decided by the children of Takis Pavlos, who are now shareholders, to completely renovate and transform the hotel into the 5-star Amarande Hotel.
